On March 12, 2022, HB 747 was withdrawn from consideration and defeated before the end of the legislative session.

 

Though other dangerous laws did pass (such as an abortion ban restricting access to 15-weeks without exceptions for rape, incest, or human trafficking, the Stop WOKE Act, and the "Don't Say Gay" Bill) we are grateful for all the work everyone put in to make these bills less harmful to our patients and our families.
